Crunchyroll Confirms English Dub Cast for “Gatchiakuta” and Releases Dubbed Trailer

Crunchyroll have recently confirmed that Gatchiakuta, an upcoming anime based upon the manga by Kei Urana and Hideyoshi Andou, will be simulcast streamed in both dubbed and subbed formats from 6th July 2025. Additionally, the streaming giant have confirmed the English voice cast and released an English Dub trailer that gives a fist look at what to expect from this variation of the series.

Gatchiakuta is produced by the renowned studio Bones Film, who are known for their work on My Hero Academia; Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and is directed by rising talent Fumihiko Suganuma, who is making his directorial debut. The Manga that this anime series is based on also received a Global Special Prize in the Comics category of the Next Manga Awards 2022. 

About: Gachiakuta follows Rudo, a young outcast framed for murder and exiled from his home in the sky to a wasteland known as “The Pit.” After surviving his descent, Rudo must navigate a brutal and mysterious world, littered with monstrous “Trash Beasts” while plotting his return home to seek vengeance. 

The English dub voice cast for the dystopian action series stars:

Corey Wilder as Zanka

Katie Caruso as Riyo

Zeno Robinson as Jabber 

John Burgmeier as Regto 

Gatchiakuta will be available to simulcast stream exclusively on Crunchyroll, in both dubbed and subbed formats, from 6th July 2025 for Crunchyroll subscribers and is being simulcast streamed as part of the Summer 2025 line-up.
