Tokyo Ravens Season 2 Plot

The story revolves around Harutora Tsuchimikado, a seemingly average high school student from the prestigious Tsuchimikado family, renowned for their mastery of onmyoudou, a form of Japanese occultism. Despite coming from such a respected lineage, Harutora lacks any spiritual powers and lives an ordinary life until his childhood friend changes everything.

Natsume approaches him, seeking his help in becoming her familiar spirit. As they embark on this journey together, they become entangled in a web of political intrigue and menacing demons that threaten the balance between the human and spirit world. At the end of Tokyo Ravens Season 1, Yakou recalls a time when Kon (Hishamaru) met Harutora, and he went alone to retrieve Natsume’s body.

Kagami challenged Kon, hurting Harutora and leaving him to die. But Kon later unleashed her full power, and Kakugyouki and Hishamaru managed to save Harutora. They later found Natsume and performed the Taizan Fukun Ritual, while Jin made Ashiya Douman familiar. On the other hand, Harutora’s friends waited for a response but only received a vague phone call.

Despite everything, Harutora reunited with Natsume briefly, and he promised to see her again before leaving. The anime covers the light novel volume 7. In volume 8, Natsume’s true self is revealed, Kyouko distances herself, Harutoras discovers powers, Kon worries, and the Tsuchimikado clan leader is attacked during the chaos. So this might be the start of Tokyo Ravens Season 2.
