New Anime

Uzaki-Chan, Mob Psycho 100 III, The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World, KamiKatsu & The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague Listed for June 2024 Blu-Ray Release

New retailer listings on Amazon UK have revealed that Crunchyroll plan to release The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague, KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World, Mob Psycho 100 III, The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World and both seasons of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! on Blu-ray in the UK during June 2024.

Of course, we should take these listing with a pinch of salt until further listing details are revealed, as Amazon UK does frequently list US (as well as German) anime releases, but at the moment only basic listing details (namely synopsis, expected release date and language options) are listed. HOWEVER; the good news is that the release dates listed for each of these titles are UK release dates (i.e. Monday) and, more importantly, the first season of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! already received a US release by FUNimation several years ago. The other titles meanwhile seemingly don’t have a US release at the moment, but they could be part of the US release line-up for May (as Crunchyroll titles released in the UK seemingly get released a month earlier in the US).

3rd June 2024:

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World – The Complete Season (Blu-Ray)

KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World – The Complete Season (Blu-Ray)

Mob Psycho 100 III – Complete Season (Limited Edition Blu-Ray)

10th June 2024:

Uzaki-Chan Wants to Hang Out – Season 1 (Blu-Ray)

Uzaki-Chan Wants to Hang Out – Season 2 (Limited Edition Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray)

The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague – The Complete Season (Blu-Ray)

In slightly related news, the previously announced Blu-Ray release of The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie, which is scheduled for 6th May 2024, now has a listing on Amazon UK.

For the time being though we can only wait for confirmation from Crunchyroll, but at least it gives us an idea of what titles to expect from Crunchyroll later this year.
