A girl is a superhero. She is shy.
This had the occasional good episode (the early one about the non-superhero friend, the one about the Swiss girl I loved, one about the Russian girl’s past was also good) but overall I feel like it tried to do too much and failed. Spent too much time on fighting these villains who weren’t all that interesting. I wish it had focused more on short stories about the various superheroes, which it was actually good at, maybe with a short after the fact battle thrown in, kind of like Gigantic Formula. Instead it spent the majority of the time on these fights and villains that I couldn’t care less about.
Also the whole ninja thing in the second season didn’t fit with the theme and was very confusing. Just stick to superheroes?
The main character was also not interesting enough to carry the show. She was the most boring person there.
Storytelling – C – Good at certain aspects but should have focused on that.
Voice – C – Has superheroes ruled by an alien space station and still seems boring and generic?
Characters – B – The side characters were the strongest part.
Attention Grab – D – Lost all interest by the end.
