Impressions:
The show continues to baffle. Nero’s big plan for Seria is… to learn how to sing? Not even that, but sing better? He already sings enough to be a constant annoyance to the Baphomet orgies taking place on his front lawn. Did we not mention the Baphomet orgies? Riku’s joining them. And apparently the monk dude already knew about all of this and has full on handed over Seria to Nero. Except not really because it’s all a plot to double cross Nero. …Uh, okay.
Anyway, remember the Baphomet thing? Turns out that’s just the green card ritual for traveling to the secret civilization of witches, who are also out to conquer the world, but differently? Riku then immediately kills her patron before collapsing due to… uh… electric plant feedback? I have no idea. And the AI dragonfly is eating her emotions or something? And that she still has her bracelet means that she might be a triple agent? Good lord, I would love to know what on earth happened with this show’s script. At least we’re not suffering through any more weird duets.
