Disney+ subscribers in the UK can now enjoy the feature-length-film AKIRA as well as the entire series of The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy. Both titles were added to Disney+ in the UK during the weekend and can be watched in both dubbed and subbed formats.
AKIRA joins the Disney+ platform as part of a new partnership with Anime Limited, of which will see various films including Perfect Blue, Belle, Mirai and Your Name, being added to the platform. The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy meanwhile is another new addition to the Disney+ platform and once again sees another Sentai Filmworks related license appear on the streaming platform. The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy was also released by MVM Entertainment on Blu-Ray in the UK.
