The training arc is stretching out to the entire season.
Impressions:
Starting to wonder if we’re even going to get a single monster encounter this season or if it’s going to be all training arcs and fanservice. The latter of which is expected, granted, but if we keep doing 15 seconds of checking in with the monsters while they’re on their 19 part plan to… eat some models, I guess, then it won’t be for another twenty episodes until they’ve done enough for anybody to notice. No, I don’t consider the ending to be a move forward. There will undoubtedly be a meeting first, and then a post-meeting review, blah blah blah.
Gotta make time not just for the primary T&A though, but also for all the jealous imaginaings of second degree T&A that might occur, as if there wasn’t enough already what with the beach episode, AND bath, AND kitchen hygiene violations. People eat there. You’re pouring honey everywhere. The ants are going to be all over the place.
