The webtoon finished in 2021 with 14 books and 179 chapters. However, illustrator Jang Sung-rak died in 2022, leaving Solo Leveling one of his best works.

A game adaption for this popular web novel/webtoon was also announced in 2023, which might come out sometime soon. Webtoon and Webnovel of Solo Leveling have been completed, and the anime can have 2-3 seasons because there is a lot of stuff to be animated.
