New retail listings on Amazon UK and HMV have revealed that MVM Entertainment plan to re-release Record of Grancrest War on 5th August 2024 as a Complete Series collection on Blu-Ray in the UK.
MVM Entertainment have previously released Record of Grancrest War on Blu-Ray in the UK as two half-series sets, with these being released nearly five years ago in 2019. Now, much like with the recent Complete Series Collection release of Fate/Apocrypha, fans of Record of Grancrest War will be able to own the entire series in a single collection.
Synopsis: Chaos, crests and pledges! From the Record of War series written by Ryo Mizuno, author of the highly acclaimed Record of Lodoss War with over ten million copies in print, the Record of Grancrest War is brought to life in full animation by A-1 Pictures, with the series composition also by the original author himself! Lauded as the Game of Thrones of anime, the greatest Record of War fantasy unfolds.
It is expected that this Complete Series Collection of Record of Grancrest War will be similar to that of the Fate/Apocrypha Complete Series Collection, whereby it contained the original two part releases repackaged inside a new carded slipcase. Regardless, the set will contain all 24 episodes in English & Japanese (with English subtitles) with it scheduled for UK release on 5th August 2024.
