I… actually liked this anime about elf slavery???
What I most enjoyed about this show is it had some compelling conflicts. The socially awkward guy and the elf who was a slave (she is admittedly the weakest part). That whole arc with betrayal from a friend. The orphan and her quest for revenge. The knight and her choice between doing her duty and what’s right. It wasn’t the best anime ever made for sure but it tried to look at some difficult questions.
The characters were fun in a goofy way as well. Even the loli grew on me.
Storytelling – B – Kept it engaging.
Voice – D – Setting is weak.
Characters – C – Elf girl sucks, rest are good.
Attention Grab – B – Kept my interest.
Production – B – Looks fine.
Overall – C+
