The TENGO Project team, in partnership with ININ Games and Natsume Atari, have today release a playable demo for Shadow of the Ninja – Reborn onto the Xbox Series X|S and Steam with a demo also planned for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in the near future with the full game scheduled to release on 29th August 2024.

This trailblazer in ninja action games is returning after 33 years. The original title was released on the Japanese Nintendo Family Computer by Natsume Inc. in 1990. At the time, it was one of the most polished Family Computer action games and rated as one of the best two-player coop games. Classic gamers will find delight in his renowned guitar riffs and fast-paced 16-bit melodies!
Dynamic Production is once again taking on the visuals!: As with the 90s original, the key visuals and character illustrations will be handled by Dynamic Production.
Shadow of the Ninja – Reborn is currently available to pre-order digitally on Microsoft Store for Xbox (Xbox Series X|S) and Nintendo eShop (Nintendo Switch) with the game launching on 29th August 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. A Playable demo is currently available on Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC versions of the game with the same demo expected to launch in the near future for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation platforms.
