LOOK BACK To Stream Globally on Amazon Prime Video in November

Amazon Prime have recently announced that the animated film LOOK BACK, which is adapted from the one-shot web manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto (creator of Chainsaw Man), will stream globally on Amazon Prime Video from 7th November 2024.

The film, which was acquired by GKIDS Entertainment in the United States and is scheduled to receive a limited cinematic release in the UK on 25th October 2024 by K-Movie Entertainment, will begin streaming on Amazon Prime Video for Amazon Prime subscribers on 7th November 2024. The film is animated by Studio Durian and sees the directorial debut of Kiyotaka Oshiyama.

Synopsis: Popular, outgoing Fujino is celebrated by her classmates for her funny comics in the class newspaper. One day, her teacher asks her to share the space with Kyomoto, a truant recluse whose beautiful artwork sparks a competitive fervor in Fujino. What starts as jealousy transforms when Fujino realizes their shared passion for drawing.

As it stands LOOK BACK will be available in UK cinemas on 25th October 2024 for a limited time with the film then becoming available to stream on 7th November 2024 through the Amazon Prime Video service.
