Game Source Entertainment have recently announced that the action-RPG roguelite game Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade will launch digitally on 24th April 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S & Windows PC (via Steam).
Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade is developed by Taiwanese indie game team 7Quark and will see players follow three main characters, each fully voiced by leading Japanese voice actors. These three characters are wielder of the Demon Blade and immortal ninja Shigure (Yoko Hikasa), the Oni Emissary Sara (Ayana Taketatsu), and Demon Samurai and master archer Taketora (Rikiya Koyama). As one might expect each character has unique style and weapons, but each character will embark on a perilous journey to battle malevolent spirits in a violent cycle of life and death.
About: Set in feudal Japan, Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade is an action RPG infused with fantasy elements and roguelite mechanics, telling the story of the King of Demons, the “Nine-Tailed Fox,” whose invasion of the human world has shattered years of peace between humans and demons.
