HOW TO GET AN AUTOGRAPH AT ANIME EXPO
STEP ONE: RESERVE AN AUTOGRAPH TICKET ONLINE
Online reservation dates and times will be announced via Anime Expo’s official social media channels. This year all Autographs will be reserved and purchased online via Epic Experiences. Please look out for when the link to the Anime Expo Epic Experiences page goes live. Autograph Guests will be intermittently added to the event page as the event date approaches.
For Anime Expo 2025, there is only a single ticket type. There will be no Standby tickets.
Autograph sessions are ticketed, and attendees must reserve a ticket online.
Online ticket reservations will be first come, first serve. Attendees are only allowed for one (1) ticket per session.
Online reservations will close once all tickets are reserved OR 30 minutes before the designated time slot, whichever occurs first.
Autograph Guests will be intermittently added to the event page as the event date approaches.
All tickets are non-transferrable.

Industry Autograph Ticket Exchange Deadline: June 26th, 2025.
All Guests of Honor tickets are non-transferrable or exchangeable (dates/times cannot be changed).
STEP TWO: GETTING YOUR AUTOGRAPH AT THE EVENT
All Autograph sessions will be hosted at the JW Marriott Gold Ballroom. Please use the entrance located on West Road. There is no access to the Gold Ballroom via the lobby.
Note: When arriving in the Autograph area, your ticket may be verified at multiple points.
Door Entry and Line Policy
Before arriving at the Autograph area please verify your Autograph ticket time and table number. Please arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before the start of your session.
Once the session has begun, attendees with a ticket can arrive at any time within the time session they have reserved.
Example: Session A from 2:00PM – 4:00PM; you may arrive at any time within this block.
Head over to the Gold Ballroom and follow the signs and staff instructions for the queuing room.
At this point staff may ask to verify the time and date of your ticket.
Lines will be organized based on table numbers. Each line will have a sign displaying that table’s schedule for the day.
Once your desired session has begun, attendees will be escorted to their respective autograph table.
Due to space limitations, not all attendees will be brought into the main autograph room at once.
Upon approaching the table, please have your QR code ready to be scanned.
If you have more than one ticket during the same time slot, please exit the building and re-enter via the Queue room.
You do not need to exit the Autograph area or go through security again.
Do not walk directly to the next table. You will be skipping people in line if you do so and will be directed to the exit.
If you have any questions or concerns, please ask the nearby staff.
Signable Items (Industry Autographs)
During the online reservation for a session, signable items (i.e., figurines, prints, etc.) may also be listed for sale alongside the autograph itself. If an item to be signed is not reserved/purchased in advance, they will be subject to the Guest’s approval.
All items must be properly licensed, and it is recommended that the item is from a project that the guest has worked on.
Rules and restrictions on what will or will not be signed are subject to the Guest.
Signable Items (Guest of Honor Autographs)
Guest of Honor will only be signing items provided by Anime Expo. This includes items such as shikishi boards, program guides, and Anime Expo badges.

Parents Accompanying Minor Children
For accompanied minors, their guardian may enter and stand in line alongside them. The guardian does not need an autograph ticket but does need a valid Anime Expo badge.
