According to the official plot updates of the upcoming chapter, the title will be “Main Culprit.” The chapter will start with Asta charging straight towards Lucifero. As the fight between the two begins, Yuno will take the opportunity to join the fight. Thus, the team-up between the two will bring a combination of attacks. At first, Lucifero will be the one overpowering the two. However, when they recognize his repeated attacks, it will get easier to counter them all.
However, during the course of the fight, Lucifero will knock Asta out. Due to the force of the attack, Asta would be thrown out of his Devil Union mode. Black Clover Chapter 320 will then see the arrival of Yuno in the fight. He will exclaim that he owes one to Asta. The chapter will end with Yuno charging towards Lucifero for all his power.

The 319th chapter of Black Clover started with all the Magic Knight Captains approaching the Devil King. On the other side, Rill Boismortier used his Twilight of Valhalla to give them the strength of enduring his gravity magic. Jack and Mereoleona were the first ones to get attacked by the devil. Even so, they managed to place quite some of the harm over him. In the second round, Fuegoleon and Salamander were the ones to take up the fight. But both of them were taken out in a single attack by Lucidero.
Later on, Charlotte and Rill also take their chances with the devil. With so many attacks coming one after the other, Lucifero got frustrated with the humans. He claimed that these human captains could not get their hands on the devil king himself. Towards with end of the chapter, Asta comes flying at him. He claimed that the devil could never get more powerful than all captains combined.
