Rentarou begins his journey of 100 girlfriends.
This is a show where when I think about it objectively, it’s pretty good. But personally I don’t like it.
The animation is excellent, it’s decently funny (by anime standards), and there’s always something new and interesting going on. But for me it’s very draining to watch since it’s so high paced. Also, by aiming for 100 girlfriends, they’re obviously not getting as much development as they would otherwise. It’s hard to keep track of them all and they each feel superficial (which is intentional but still).
Also, let’s be real, 100 girlfriends sounds like such a nightmare.

Characters – D – Quantity over quality…
Attention Grab – D – I struggled to keep up with it.
