Pokémon TV to Discontinue Service on 28th March 2024

The Pokémon Company have recently announced that the free online streaming service Pokémon TV, which allowed Pokémon fans to watch selective rotating episodes and films from the Pokémon anime series as well as special shorts, will discontinue its service on 28th March 2024. More importantly, the Pokémon TV App, which was available for Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android, is no longer available to download.

Those who currently have the Pokémon TV application installed on there device will be able to continue using it until the service closes on 28th March 2024. Those who have previously download (but do not have it installed) may still be able to re-download it from there account, but if you’ve never downloaded the application then sadly you will no longer be able to access it.

Instead of continuing to operate Pokémon TV service The Pokémon Company will instead offers its TV Series and films to other platforms and streaming services, such as BBC iPlayer, Amazon Video and Sky Kids. Details on where to watch Pokémon on streaming services in the UK can be found here.
