This felt like it was half a recap episode.
Impressions:
On the up side, no Nanoha. On the down side, not much of anything. She meets the rival girl, they go on a totally-not-a-date, and then we get to rehash the rival introduction from last week of gibbing a bunch of random thugs, but this time, they’re all in the same room. And they’re looking for the crazy lady in the OP, and a fire person, which is going to be the will-they-won’t-they which gets drawn out for the next two months most likely despite Shiina doing literally nothing to hide her fire powers in any way and in fact using them in public at a moment’s notice. Story really moving a mile a minute here.
