Impressions:
Eh. I did the screencaps. I technically sat through the episode, so I may as well post this, but it’s already rapidly fading from my mind, and it’d need either a particularly good episode next week, or me in a particularly good mood to want to continue. There’s two new girls. They’re magical and they have exactly the personalities you’d expect from appearance. Everyone keeps yelling about how this is a rom-com and they’re doing rom-com cliches. Except for the middle which got sidetracked for about 8 minutes into existential musing about the nature of a hero, which was more just a recitation of RPG sidequests and randomly yelling Tom Hiddelston’s name, which lets you approximately pinpoint when the manga was being written. That randomness was the closest thing to a joke besides the continued blob faces.
