The developers of AFK Journey, which is the multi-award-winning fantasy RPG sequel to AFK Arena, have recently confirmed that the FAIRY TAIL collaboration event, known as Fairy Sonata, is now live. As part of this collaboration event players can unlock access to Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia as well as experience an original cross-over story featuring these two iconic characters. AFK Journey is available for Android, iOS and Windows PC.

Ultimate: Ultimate: Lightning Fire Dragon’s Roar/Fire Dragon King’s Roar.
In Lightning Fire Dragon Mode, Natsu deals damage based on his ATK to all enemies within a 3-tile frontal arc and stuns them briefly. In Fire Dragon King Mode, he deals even greater damage to all enemies within a 3-tile frontal arc. During battle preparation, you can choose between Lightning Fire Dragon Mode and Fire Dragon King Mode for Natsu. Lightning Fire Dragon Mode focuses on debuffing enemies, while Fire Dragon King Mode delivers higher damage.
Skill 2: Lightning Fire Dragon’s Iron Fist/Fire Dragon King’s Iron Fist.
In Lightning Fire Dragon Mode, Natsu deals damage based on his ATK to the enemy who has dealt the most cumulative damage, while reducing their Haste. The Haste reduction effect diminishes over time until it expires. In Fire Dragon King Mode, Natsu strikes an enemy within 1 tile, dealing damage to the target.
Skill 3: Fiery Ties
This skill triggers only once per battle after the first defeat of an ally. Fueled by rage, Natsu increases his ATK, Phys DEF, and Magic DEF. Additionally, if the allied Lucy is defeated, Natsu gains Crit and Crit DMG Boost bonuses.
Exclusive Skill: “Salamander” Natsu.
When Natsu deals damage, he reduces the target’s max HP. This effect does not apply to Bosses. At higher levels, the skill allows Natsu to continue reducing the target’s max HP as long as the target is under any debuff he inflicts.

Ultimate: Celestial Spirit Summon
Lucy calls out Aquarius, a Celestial Spirit, to aid her in battle. Upon summoning, Aquarius creates a stream of water that strikes the area with the most enemies. This deals damage to all enemies within a 1-tile radius, briefly knocking them into the air and stunning them. Aquarius will continue to summon water streams at regular intervals.
Skill 2: Lucy Kick
Lucy delivers a powerful kick to the enemy who has dealt the most cumulative damage, dealing damage based on Lucy’s ATK and stunning them. After the kick, she returns to her original tile. Lucy remains unaffected while using this skill.
Skill 3: Star Dress: Aquarius Form
Lucy uses her Ultimate to transform into Aquarius for the rest of the battle, allowing her to summon streams of water during this state. This deals damage based on Lucy’s ATK to all enemies within a 1-tile radius, briefly knocking them into the air and stunning them.
Exclusive Skill: Water Barrier.
Both Aquarius and Lucy in the Aquarius form can cast this skill to grant a shield to the weakest ally for a certain duration. This skill is available at regular intervals. At higher levels, the Exclusive Skill also provides the shielded ally with extra Ranged DEF.
AFK Journey is a free-to-play title that is available to play on Windows PC, iOS and Android devices, while the FAIRY TAIL event is now live until the end of the month. Special reward will also be granted for logging-in to the game and completing quests.
